WHERE I STARTED FROM.

My life has been far from a washed down,

over glamorized Hollywood movie scene.

The story of my life looked like this:

Born to an alcoholic and an addict
Saw the effects of domestic violence at the age of 5
Almost killed when I was 8 with a knife to my throat
Placed in foster care at the age of 10
Raped at the age of 12 and 15
Sex trafficked at 16
A single mother of two boys by the age of 21
Began working in the adult industry at 21
Robbed at gunpoint at 26
Rode the roller coaster of homelessness from the age of 18

Then one night as I laid next to my sons

I knew life had to change.

I knew there was so much more to life

than the diminished way I was living.

The next day began my healing process as I began exploring various healing methods but I felt overwhelmed, confused, afraid, and misaligned.

The biggest thing I needed during that time was to know I wasn't alone.

I prayed for someone to enter my life who could personally relate to me and what I was going through and show me a way to release the emotions I buried deep within.

But instead, I found that many women with a similar past as mine had the same issue. They too were lonely, unsure where to turn or whom to talk to.

When you don't give up magic happens.

Although I was still a single mother who was going through a lot of challenges a fire within my soul to be the one to stand up, speak out and illuminate the path for women who are feeling lost, confused, and broken from life to find the healing and restoration they deserve.

This led me to attend The Integrative Wellness and Life Coaching Academy, where I became a Certified Life Coach in 2018.

Becoming a life coach not only gave me the qualifications to help other women like myself, but I also received a newfound awareness and strength. as I shed my identity as a broken and battered young woman.

I trust this is what brought you here. You are not alone. I acknowledge your bravery. Seeking support as women is not our greatest strength.
